відповідно нехай доки служба не зробить якийсь міфічний документ, нехай пам"яток просто не існує, і ОДА хай не рипаються, бо законом це не передбачено)
А Держслужба все рівно повинна направити запити в ОДА й отримати переліки саме від них)
